Club Name
The name of this Club shall be Cajunland
Outfitters Hunting Club.
Objectives
To create, foster, and promote the ideals of true sportsmanship
and to actively manage, protect, conserve, and hunt white-tailed
deer, exotic animals, wild turkey, dove, quail, and hogs,
. To cooperate with all local, state, and federal agencies
and other organizations similarly dedicated to the welfare
of these and other wildlife resources.
Membership
Membership is open to any management minded, licensed hunter
who meets the eligibility requirements set forth below.
- Members must be approved by the Club President.
- Legally dependent children under the age of 17 and spouses
of members in good standing are included in the club membership
and are considered associate members.
- Membership may be terminated at any time without refund
of dues by the Club President. Termination will only be
used to remove members who are breaking club rules excessively,
abusing club privileges, or deemed detrimental to the welfare
of the club.
- Memberships run annually from February 15th to January
31st of the following year.
- All members leaving the Club, and not renewing their membership,
should report their departure to the Club President no later
then Jan. 15th. Please give enough time for the Club to
find additional members.
Club Officers
The powers of this club, expressed or implied, shall be vested
in the Club President and assisted by the officers. It shall
constitute the executive body of this club and its action
is final. The Club President shall have general management
control of the business property and funds of the club.
The club officers are:
- Bill Carney, President & Treasurer
- Cliff Oestriecher, Vice President
- John Delhommer, Property Controller
Financial Matters
Membership dues shall be set by the Club President and must
be paid in full by July 15th of each fiscal year. A non-refundable,
payment equal to one quarter of the membership dues, are due
by February 15th of each fiscal year. After January 15th,
the Club will attempt to fill any vacancies created by members
leaving the Club, or memberships that have been revoked.
The fiscal year of the Club will begin on February 1st and
end on January 31st of the following year. All memberships
will be renewed on February 15th each year.
An annual statement shall be prepared, in acceptable accounting
form, showing receipts, disbursements, and balance of funds
for the club’s fiscal year. These records can be viewed
with approval of Club President.
Rules and Regulations
By joining the Club, all members agree to abide by all rules
and regulations as set forth by the club.
Rules and Regulations are subject to chang at any time by
the Club President to which all Members will be notified of
any and all changes at that time.
Amendments
This constitution may be amended at any time by the Club
President, and any changes will be posted to the website.
